R-Ident Turnkey Receiver Systems

There are currently two basic types of 'turnkey' receiver systems. The BRX-6C and the BRX-6B. The unit's consist of a RX6 receiver a GSM Modem, terminal blocks for easy connection of power, a latching relay, a siren reset button and more all installed inside an easy to use box. R-IDENT receivers type RX4 can also be used in these units, please contact Colter for further details.

The boxes are configured remotely by dialing into the box using a remote PC/Laptop (running configuration software supplied by Colter) which is connected to a PSTN or GSM MODEM. They can also be configured locally using a special cable which plugs into the receiver unit mounted within the box.

BRX-6C Description:

	Unit size 254mm (H) x 180mm (W) x 111mm (D)
	Supply voltage 12Vdc or 24Vdc - nominal values, designed for vehicular useage
	R-IDENT receiver used is type RX6C, but can also utilise RX4C
	Read range upto 200M
	Includes GSM Modem
	Aerial remotely mounted 3dB gain type
	Latching relay output for remote siren activation
	Optional remotely mounted 'talking' siren
	Unit designed for permanent installation within an office, vehicle etc.

BRX-6B Description:

	Unit size 386mm (H) x 286mm (W) x 130mm (D)
	Supply voltage 12Vdc (min) to 32Vdc (max) / 100Vac (min) to 240Vac (max) (using mains adapter supplied)
	Unit has internal batteries for portable use
	Run time from internal batteries approximately 48 hours continuous useage
	Battery recharge time approx 24 hours from flat battery to full capacity
	R-IDENT receiver used is type RX6B, but can also utilise RX4B
	Read range upto 150M
	Includes GSM Modem
	Aerial internally mounted
	Includes integral siren
	Unit is weather proof (however will not withstand immersion or submersion)

In addition to the FSC-960 fuse blown indicating module shown below. We have now introduced a 6 channel version (see FSC-1027)

These are DIN rail mounting modules, that allows users up to 10 common fused supply outlets. Each fused channel can handle up to 16A, however a maximum of only 32A max is allowed for the module.
